Dr. Cham has been practicing naturopathic medicine for 15 years. She is passionate about all aspects of family practice, and has undertaken additional study to provide prolotherapy, neural therapy, and integrative treatments for cancer and Lyme Disease.
Her first career was as a registered nurse, working in acute and sub-acute medical units, IV Therapy/PICC Teams throughout the Lower Mainland, and then teaching with the University of British Columbia School of Nursing. This history created the foundation for a collaborative practice style and dedication to the concept of true integrative medicine.

My intention in providing massage is that you will walk away not only feeling better and feer but also with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the wonderful machine that is your body. I really think massage is good medicine, whether it’s for maintenance or to treat a dysfunction. I bring my compassionate, observant, quiet nature to the table and I’ll be your cheerleader in making even small changes which can affect the ease with which you work and play, no matter what the age. I love facial work and osteopathic techniques with regular swedish massage tying it all together.
I grew up in a variety of places including Austria and a remote northern BC trapline. After an attempt at archaeology I became involved in various aspects of the horse industry. I graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy in 2013 and haven’t looked back since. I have worked in many places across BC and briefly in New Zealand. Now life has brought me to the Sunshine Coast. Outside of work, I am a mom on a little farm, running after my little one and trying to grow a medicinal herb garden.
